Whisper~

I really wanted to make a piebald OC, so here she is!

Whisper is just, I don't know, I haven't developed her character yet, but I designed her so I would have to practice feathering on the hooves as I'm not that good at it right now. I also love piebalds, and I just wanted to pony.

As for her name, it came out of nowhere. It could've been Fallout 4 and the Railroad agent name, but who really knows?

And because of the markings, images of her can't simply be 'flipped'.
